What is your return policy?  

Classic Graphics Corp creates one-of-a-kind products that are custom designed by you. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to refund your order. Since we are unable to accept returns we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements.

If you believe your product has a printing defect or was damaged during shipping – please contact us within 14 business days so we can help make things right. Dependent upon the defective issue we ask that you provide photos of the production error or shipping damage so that we may submit the issue to our print team.

To ensure an easy process, please send us an email from our contact form or email us at hello@classicgraphicscorp.com with your order number and photo of defect or shipping damage. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

Production + Shipping Time  

To maintain our high quality standards, production times may vary between products. We do not offer a rush production option at this time. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.

Production times will be based upon production confirmation email sequence. If there are issues with the file this may delay production time.

We are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you!

What is your cancellation policy?  

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a total refund. After the 24 hour window refunds will not be available
